As Home, Auto, and Life Insurance representative for Corey Chapman State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Create a network of referral partners to help gather prospects.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet with and review customers policies.
- Work marketing events for prospect gathering.
- Make daily calls to new and current customers.
- Continued personal and professional growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- P&C and Life/Health License a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, growth oriented environment.
- A desire to progress.
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
